Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Associate for our Westin Duluth location in Duluth, GA. This on-site, full-time role supports events by preparing and maintaining banquet spaces and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Experience is not required; a passion for service and teamwork is valued. You will lift and move furniture and equipment as part of flexible scheduling around hotel events.

Qualifications

• Full mobility and ability to perform continuous movement.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event space according to Banquet Event Orders.
• Ensure guest needs are attended to throughout events.
• Ensure supplies are available and equipment is properly set up and functioning.
• Track event supplies and equipment, carefully store furnishings when not in use, and promptly report repair or maintenance needs
