Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in high-volume hospitality is preferred.
• Experience with hotel banquet event setup is preferred.
• Must read, understand and follow BEOs.
• Must be able to walk/stand for long shifts.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide the primary level of guest assistance.
• Maintenance and inventory of equipment.
• Ensure the venue is safe and professional for guests.
• Follow building policies and event requirements.
• Support banquet and catering operations.
• Read and follow BEOs.
