Qualifications

• Requires ability to lift and move tables and chairs up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to carry goods up to 500 lbs with a hand cart.
• Requires standing for long periods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Banquet Manager in preparing for banquet guests.
• Ensure positive guest experience during events.
• Set up meeting rooms to guest specifications (tables, chairs, stages).
• Supply and replenish meeting rooms with glasses and water.
• Break down rooms after meetings and return items to storage.
• Maintain cleaning schedule for rooms and ballrooms to keep spaces presentable.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available for regular shifts.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
