Responsibilities

• Lead and direct banquet servers and captains.
• Coordinate with kitchen and sales to align event orders.
• Greet hosts, monitor service quality, and address complaints.
• Manage inventory of supplies, china, silver, and liquor stock.
• Relay event orders to on-site staff and ensure proper duties.
• Develop policies, procedures, quality standards, and cost-saving measures.
