Hyatt Regency Dulles in Herndon, VA is seeking a Banquet Assistant to support banquet events and ensure a positive guest experience.

You will set up meeting rooms, transport heavy equipment, replenish supplies, and break down rooms after events. Candidates should be physically capable, able to stand long hours, and communicate effectively with supervisors and guests. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of equipment and setup styles used in meeting rooms.
• Ability to lift and move tables, chairs, and podiums up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work physically demanding shifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication with supervisors and guests.

Responsabilités

• Set up all meeting rooms to guest specifications.
• Transport and arrange staging materials, tables, chairs, dance floors as needed.
• Supply and replenish meeting rooms with glasses and water.
• Break down rooms after meetings and return items to storage.
• Maintain cleaning schedule for rooms and ballrooms.
