SPIRE Hospitality's Topnotch Resort in Stowe, VT seeks a Banquet House Person to ensure proper setup, sanitation and readiness of banquet spaces for events, delivering a warm, professional guest experience.

You will read and interpret Banquet Events Orders, procure equipment, assist guests, handle opening/closing duties, adhere to hotel standards, and support the recycling and environmental commitments of the property.

Formación

• Prefer previous hotel banquet or other related service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain required sanitation levels of banquet space.
• Maintain all service equipment (chafing dishes, tables, chairs).
• Read, interpret and set up function space according to BEO.
• Procure equipment as set forth by captains, equipment requisition sheet or BEO.
• Assist guests and respond to requests.
• Complete opening and closing duties as directed by manager, including linen and space setup.
