Grand-Traverse-Resort-and-Spa is seeking a Set-Up Houseperson responsible for the setup and breakdown of all banquet and meeting spaces, ensuring the highest cleanliness and organization standards. You will support guests, residents, members, and department teams across the resort.

Responsibilities include timely setup/breakdown of BEO functions, maintaining clean spaces, stocking storerooms, and assisting with equipment movement.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and break down all Banquet Event Order (BEO) functions, indoor and outdoor.
• Maintain cleanliness in banquet spaces, pre-function areas, and storage rooms.
• Store and organize banquet storerooms with supplies for meetings and food service.
• Transport and store tables, chairs, and other equipment as required.
• Refresh meeting rooms based on group and event needs.
• Follow grooming and dress standards per Employee Handbook.
