Job summary

Hyatt Regency Greenville is seeking a Banquet Set Up team member to prepare meeting rooms and banquet spaces, ensuring impeccable guest service and smooth function execution.

You will transport and arrange tables, chairs, linens, and service ware, reset spaces between events, and assist with beverage breaks, all while maintaining sanitation standards and safety, including ability to lift 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Physical ability to lift 30 lbs or more.
• Experience with banquet/event setup is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Compile supplies and equipment for each function and ensure cleanliness.
• Set up rooms per guest specifications, arrange tables, chairs, linens, service ware and stations.
• Break down and clean rooms after events and return equipment to storage.
• Transport service ware to dishwashing and restock beverages during breaks.
