• Set up and break down banquet spaces according to function specs.
• Stock and maintain meeting rooms to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate guest changes to F&B Manager promptly.
• Assist other departments as needed to provide optimal service.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in meeting spaces and storage areas.
