Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Bentonville, Arkansas is seeking a Banquet Houseperson to support our events team. You will set up banquet spaces according to BEOs, move furniture and equipment, assist with staging and décor, and help ensure spaces are guest-ready and run smoothly.

This hands-on role requires teamwork, reliable availability for days, nights, weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and at least 1 year of hospitality/events experience.
• Strong communication with managers, staff, and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet spaces according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Assist with staging, décor, and ensure the space is polished and guest-ready.
• Provide support to banquet servers by replenishing supplies and resetting as needed.
• Break down banquet setups post-event in an organized, efficient manner.
• Reset rooms for future events as directed by Banquet Captain or Events Manager.
• Handle rental equipment, deliveries, or vendor items as needed.
