Job summary

American Golf Corporation in the United States is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Attendant to prepare and reset event spaces, arrange tables, chairs, staging, linens, and décor according to BEOs, and ensure rooms are clean, safe, and welcoming for guests.

You will work with Banquet Captains, servers, and culinary staff to support seamless event flow, set up A/V and lighting as directed, handle teardown, maintain clear walkways, and adapt quickly to last‑minute changes while maintaining a professional

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently under time constraints.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review BEOs or setup diagrams to ensure layouts are accurate and on schedule.
• Arrange tables, chairs, staging, linens, and décor according to specifications.
• Set up A/V and lighting components; report issues to leadership.
• Support teardown and reset of rooms after events and store equipment.
• Maintain clear walkways and ensure safety and accessibility compliance.
• Work with Banquet Captains, servers, and culinary staff to support event flow.
• Respond quickly to changes and guest needs, assisting with guest directions.
