Job summary

Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City is seeking a Banquet Houseperson to set up, maintain, and take down banquet areas per specifications, reporting to the Banquet and Catering Supervisor.

You will transport tables, chairs, and staging, stock supplies, clean areas, ensure setups meet client specs, read Banquet Event Orders, and assist during events. Varied shifts, weekends, and holidays required; ability to lift up to 75 lbs may be needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform duties in a repetitious and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Transport and set up tables, chairs, and staging per orders.
• Stock supplies and clean banquet areas as required.
• Ensure room set-ups meet client specifications and follow Banquet Event Orders.
• Set up, maintain, and take down banquet rooms after events.
• Assist with cleanup and support during service events.
