Oyster Point Hotel in Red Bank, NJ seeks a full-time Houseperson. The role involves setting up and breaking down meeting and event rooms, including AV, daily.

You will handle equipment and supplies, maintain a clean environment, and work closely with the Banquets team to deliver exceptional service for meetings, events, and guests. No experience is required, as on-the-job training is provided; must be able to work weekends and holidays and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends.
• Must be willing to learn on-the-job training.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Mobility required: sit, kneel, stand, stoop, bend, reach and manipulate objects.
• Ability to work in various conditions (cold, heat, sun).
• Must be a team player and work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Break-down and set-up meeting and event rooms daily, including AV where required.
• Care for, move, and store equipment such as tables, chairs, lecterns, and room supplies.
• Clean and maintain meeting and event rooms, restocking as needed.
• Collaborate with Banquet team to ensure smooth operation and high service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
