Job summary

IMKO Workforce Solutions in Columbia, MO is hiring Banquet Setup & Server for flexible shifts. You will set up event spaces, assist with banquet service, and ensure guests have a positive experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Candidates with excellent customer service, reliability, and a professional appearance will fit well. Prior banquet or catering experience is preferred but not required; training provided. Weekly pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Prior banquet, serving, catering, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude; dependable with good attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, chairs, linens, and event equipment according to banquet specifications.
• Prepare dining and event areas for meetings, banquets, and special events.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Clear tables, remove dishes, and maintain clean dining areas during events.
• Refill beverages and assist guests with requests.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown.
• Break down event spaces and return furniture and equipment to designated areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Work closely with banquet staff and supervisors to ensure smooth event operations.
• Perform additional hospitality duties as assigned.
