Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Banquet Houseperson to ensure banquet spaces are properly set, maintained, and refreshed for weddings, meetings, and events.

You will follow BEOs and floor plans to prepare rooms with chairs, tables, linens, and displays, delivering a polished and professional environment for our guests. This union position requires 2–3 years of banquet experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 75 lbs, work a flexible schedule, and obtain a

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Two–three years banquet houseperson experience preferred.
Must obtain and maintain a valid gaming license and Alcohol Beverage Card.

Responsibilities

Set up event space in a timely and safe fashion according to BEOs and floor plans.
Refresh meeting rooms during scheduled breaks or when requested.
Breakdown and clean-up of event space in a timely and safe fashion.
Storage and organization of banquet equipment.
Other duties as assigned.

Skills

Read BEOs and follow instructions

Room setup knowledge (classroom, etc.)

Ability to adapt in fast-paced env
