Job summary
Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver attentive food and beverage service during banquets and special functions, ensuring expert guest care and flawless event execution.
You will help maintain high presentation standards and collaborate with the banquet team in a fast-paced environment. You will join a union role with benefits and opportunities for growth, supporting corporate and social events in a high-energy casino setting while upholding safety and service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 1–3 years experience in casual, buffet or fine dining restaurant preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license and an Alcohol Beverage Card.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Assist with set-up of tables, linens, chairs, etc. for banquet events.
- Provide excellent food and beverage service for banquet events.
- Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
- Perform back-of-house, front-of-house, and side-work duties for overall productivity of banquet events.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- Other duties as assigned.
