Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in casual, buffet or fine dining preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a Maryland gaming license and Alcohol Beverage Card.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, linens, chairs for banquet events.
• Provide excellent food and beverage service for banquets.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain front of house and back of house duties for productivity.
• Stay professional, positive, and serve guests with hospitality.
