Accor is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Associate at Fairmont Dallas in the Arts District. You will support guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring cleanliness, order and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will maintain inventory, assist with function setup, and uphold safety and chemical handling standards while delivering exceptional service to guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• Previous experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Knowledge of room set-up and standard equipment involved.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling and cleaning techniques.
• Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish.
• Some English required; fluency in English is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and service procedures.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
• Set up rooms and function areas per group requirements and standards.
• Stock and transport supplies to function areas and storage areas.
