Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly.
• Set tables according to service standards and manage wine and beverage service.
• Greet guests, take orders, and deliver courses and beverages.
• Monitor cleanliness and stock, restock items for next service.
• Adhere to liquor regulations and cash handling policies.
