Job summary

Highgate Hotels at The Joule Dallas seeks a House Attendant to support our Banqueting Teams and ensure guest satisfaction. You will set up, break down, and service meeting rooms, event spaces, and public areas to hotel standards and guest requests.

The role requires strong communication, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A valid MVR may be needed for van duties; full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with high standards of service and presentation.
• Must pass an MVR to drive Banquet’s van.
• Able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleaning schedules for meeting rooms and spaces.
• Supply and replenish meeting rooms with essentials.
• Set up and break down meeting rooms per function sheet.
• Read and verify information in various formats.
• Care for banquet equipment and report damages.
• Assist guiding vendors during load in/out.
• Occasionally drive Banquet van to offsite spaces.
• Perform other duties as required.
