Atrium Hospitality, Hilton Charlotte Airport, is seeking a friendly banquet services associate in Charlotte, NC. You will set up and break down meeting spaces, refresh event areas, transport supplies, and support food and beverage service with a smile.

Qualifications

Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet through shifts.
Attention to detail to ensure flawless event setup and service.
Clear communication with team and kitchen for smooth operations.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Team-first attitude to contribute to successful, large-scale events.

Responsibilities

Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms per event orders and cleanliness standards.
Keep event spaces guest-ready and refreshed throughout the day.
Transport supplies and materials to locations as needed (boxes, programs, décor).
Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables as required.
Be the friendly face guests remember, addressing needs with a positive attitude.
