Atrium Hospitality is seeking a part-time Events Associate at Greensboro Embassy Suites. You will set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms per event orders, keep spaces refreshed for guests, and assist with coffee breaks.

You will transport supplies, support food and beverage service, and be the friendly face guests remember. The role emphasizes stamina, attention to detail, clear communication, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Lift and move up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for long shifts.
• Clear, professional communication with guests, team members and kitchen staff.
• Able to adapt quickly to changing events and schedules.

Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms based on event orders and high cleanliness standards.
• Keep event spaces refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day (yes, including coffee breaks).
• Help transport supplies and materials where they need to go—boxes, programs, or décor.
• Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables as needed.
• Be the friendly face guests remember—anticipating needs and solving small issues with a big smile.
