Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Banquet Houseperson to support seamless event operations. You will set up and break down meeting spaces, ensure water and A/V are ready, and assist with meal service while maintaining a professional guest experience.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong customer service, and teamwork to ensure every function runs smoothly and guests leave with a memorable impression.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned work and follow supervisor instructions.
• Ensure water, amenities, A/V and breaks are in room 15 minutes prior to start.
• Respond to guest requests for equipment, communicate charges, and assist with billing.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing needs.
• Set up and clean banquet function rooms per hotel standards.
• Refresh rooms during breaks by replenishing supplies and removing trash.
• Assist with banquet meal service and event breakdown; obtain signed checks.
• Follow safety procedures and energy conservation guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
