Job summary

Hilton Scottsdale Resort and Villas is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver attentive, professional service at events such as banquets, conferences, weddings, and other special occasions, ensuring guests have seamless experiences.

Responsibilities include setting up banquet rooms with linens, china, silverware and centerpieces, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, restocking stations, and maintaining clean, sanitary work areas throughout each shift.

• Prepare for upcoming events by folding napkins, restocking condiments, and completing other banquet preparation tasks.
• Provide team support by relieving coworkers for scheduled breaks as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Banquet Server plays an essential role in creating seamless, memorable events by delivering attentive, professional service to guests. This position directly influences the success of banquets, conferences, weddings, and special events through efficient preparation, service, and cleanup that reflects the highest standards of hospitality.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

• Prior guest service or server experience preferred; banquet/catering experience a plus.
