Job summary

Hilton Scottsdale Resort and Villas is seeking a Banquet Head Houseperson to lead the banquet setup team, ensuring all meeting spaces are prepared and supplied per hotel standards. You will coordinate with supervisors, manage equipment and service levels, and contribute to a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities include supervising setup staff, preparing rooms ahead of events, handling guest requests for equipment, and assisting with meal service and billing.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established routines.
• Safely lift and transport items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the banquet setup team and oversee shift operations to ensure event spaces are prepared.
• Complete assigned tasks and follow supervisors' instructions.
• Ensure water, amenities, A/V equipment, and breaks are in rooms 15 minutes prior to start.
• Assist with banquet meal service and event breakdown as needed.
• Obtain signed guest checks and assist with billing postings.
