Job summary

Montage International and Pendry Hotels are hiring a Banquet Houseperson. You’ll handle daily setup and breakdowns for banquet events, maintain room cleanliness, and assist in servicing meeting rooms to create memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Daily set-up and break-down of banquet events.
• Own the full-cycle process of cleaning and setting meeting rooms and banquet functions.
• Vacuum floors, clean walls, windows, and mirrors; manage equipment storage.
• Coordinate meeting room supplies (linens, pads, pens, amenities).
• Assist in servicing meeting rooms by removing trash and replenishing water.
• Deliver on guest expectations and create WOW moments.
• Perform additional duties as required by business needs.
