Job summary

Hawks Cay Resort seeks an On-Call Banquet Server to set up and break down events, arrange table settings and decor, and provide exceptional guest service. You will assist with food preparation and sanitation while lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.

Flexible availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Join a premier resort in a tropical setting, offering valuable experience in banquet service, event execution, and potential growth within the Food & Beverage

Qualifications

• Banquet or restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up & breakdown event
• Return all items from site to Banquet Dept
• Perform food preparation
• Customer service
• Sanitation/Other food service duties
• Be able to lift at least 60 pounds
• Able to stand on your feet for long periods
• Banquet Server Etiquette Training a plus
