Job summary

Hawks Cay Resort in Marathon, Florida, is seeking an on-call banquet server to help set up and service events. You will assist with arranging tables, linens, and centerpieces, and provide guest-focused service in a fast-paced, team environment.

This role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous banquet or restaurant experience is preferred but not required, with on-site training offered.
