Job summary

Hawks Cay Resort in Marathon, Florida, is seeking an on-call banquet server to help set up and service events. You will assist with arranging tables, linens, and centerpieces, and provide guest-focused service in a fast-paced, team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet or restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry trays, move tables and chairs, lift at least 50lbs, and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
