HHM Hotels is seeking a Banquet House Attendant to set up, break down and service meeting rooms in line with guest service and sustainability standards. The role includes moving heavy items and maintaining room cleanliness while responding to guest requests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous banquet set up or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting rooms according to banquet event orders to meet guest expectations.
• Transport and place staging, tables, and chairs safely using proper equipment.
• Break down rooms and return items to storage neatly.
• Maintain cleaning schedule to keep rooms presentable.
• Respond to guest requests and assist with information as needed.
