The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel environment. Work involves moving equipment, cleaning spaces, and supporting culinary and stewarding staff, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older and able to follow instructions.
• Highly detail oriented with accuracy in setup and cleanup.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble and arrange conference equipment in rooms per event order.
• Thoroughly clean classrooms and ballrooms; restock meeting room supplies.
• Refresh rooms during breaks and move convention materials as needed.
• Assist with setup and teardown of banquet spaces and events.
• Resolve guest issues and maintain positive relations with staff.
