Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Banquet Set-Up Attendant for The Shores Resort and Spa in Daytona Beach Shores. You will direct the setup and preparation of banquet spaces, assist with tear down, and ensure meeting rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for events, delivering memorable guest experiences.

Ideal candidates are 18+, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced team environment with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to follow instructions accurately, both verbal and written.
• Highly detail oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains composure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the set up and preparation of banquet rooms per event order.
• Clean and tear down banquet spaces after functions.
• Refresh meeting rooms during breaks and keep spaces stocked.
• Move materials, assist with event logistics, and reset as needed.
• Resolve guest issues and help create an exceptional experience.
• Maintain positive relations with culinary and staff teams.
• Stay aware of all events and functions happening on property.
