Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Banquet Set-Up Attendant for The Shores Resort & Spa. You will direct set up of banquet rooms for events and assist with tear-down after functions, ensuring spaces are prepared to standard and guest satisfaction is high.

The role requires 18+ with strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are common.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Highly detail oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Strong teamwork and flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and arrange conference equipment per event order.
• Daily cleaning of classrooms and ballrooms following standards.
• Refresh rooms during breaks and reset them after events.
• Move materials and assist with setup and teardown.
• Resolve guest issues to create a positive experience.
• Maintain positive relations with culinary and stewarding staff.
• Be aware of all functions and events in progress at the property.
