Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Banquet Set-Up Attendant for The Shores Resort and Spa in Daytona Beach, FL. This role directs the setup and preparation of banquet rooms for events, and assists with teardown at the end of the function to ensure guest spaces meet our standards.

The ideal candidate is 18 or older, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to follow instructions, both verbally and in writing.
• Highly detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and arrange conference equipment in rooms per event order and standards.
• Daily cleaning of classrooms, ballrooms, and meeting spaces; restock supplies.
• Refresh rooms during meal breaks and events; tear down after functions.
• Complete special projects as directed by management.
• Move materials between receiving docks, registration areas, and guest rooms.
• Support guest experience by maintaining positive relationships with staff.
