Qualifications

• Experience in banquet services or events is required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and ensures proper execution of all scheduled banquets and events.
• Coordinates staffing and inventory with the Event Coordinator for excellent service.
• Communicates with the meeting planner to ensure instructions are followed.
• Works with the kitchen to maintain food quality and presentation standards.
• Promotes positive customer relations and handles complaints or suggestions.
• Oversees setup and breakdown of banquet areas and proper plate placement.
