Job summary

Hotel-Theodore in Seattle seeks a professional Banquet Server to deliver food and beverages across multi-course events. Must be 21+ with Safe Server certification; high-volume banquet experience preferred. You will stand for extended periods, lift up to 45 lbs, and work in varying temperatures; regular attendance

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Excellent leadership capability and customer relations skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol; Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification required.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests food and drinks during events as required.
• Be able to answer questions related to buffet or menu.
• Bus and set tables, including condiments as needed.
• Assist with event room set-up (set tablecloths, dishes, silverware as needed).
