Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Banquet Server to assist with guest service during banquet functions. You will set up tables, learn the menu, and ensure high-quality presentation and sanitation. Helpful teamwork and guest-focused service are essential.

Responsibilities include maintaining a neat station, refilling beverages, and assisting with setup/breakdown of buffets and coffee breaks while following all hotel policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• TIPS, CARE (or equivalent) certified or willing to be certified by start date.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand the BEO; set up according to the plan.
• Set tables neatly with clean linens and uniform silverware.
• Learn menu items and explain ingredients to guests when needed.
• Maintain a clean, stocked station and assist with coffee breaks as required.
• Serve beverages, clear used items, and follow sanitation guidelines.
• Assist captain or manager in setting up and breaking down events.
