Job summary

Responsibilities

• Adheres to uniform standards while on property.
• Reports to duty as scheduled.
• Cleans equipment and service area as per side work sheets at shift start and end.
• Checks and cleans all areas prior to meal service times.
• Maintains highest cleanliness and neatness in dining areas.
• Stocks and maintains supplies; reports shortages to Manager on Duty.
• Greets Members within 1 minute of arrival.
• Takes Food and Beverage orders and inputs to POS system.
• Delivers food, clears unneeded items, refills beverages.
• Prints out chits and ends shift; submits payments to Manager on Duty.
• Resets or breaks down events.
