Columbia Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a Banquet Server to support University of Puget Sound events. You will set up catering spaces, coordinate buffets, and serve guests with attention to detail to create exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities include delivering accurate food presentation, assisting with plating, and maintaining clean service areas. Previous banquet or restaurant server experience is required.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as server in a similar restaurant environment.
• Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized POS system.
• Working knowledge of dining and beverage service procedures.
• Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations.
• Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s) and Liquor Serving Permit(s)

• Set up catering events, including tables, buffets, and beverage stations per client specifications and event standards.
• Ensure accurate delivery and presentation of food items per event order.
• Assist with food preparation, plating, and garnishing as needed.
• Maintain attractive, consistent presentation of food and beverages and ensure correct temperatures.
• Monitor guest needs, refill beverages, clear plates, and address special requests promptly.
• Keep work area and guest dining area clean and organized.
• Stay updated on menu changes and available offerings.

• Ensures attractive, consistent presentation of food and beverages. Ensures that all food and beverage items are served at the correct temperature
• Monitor guest needs throughout the event, refilling beverages, clearing plates, and addressing special requests promptly
• Maintains current knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including menu changes and sold-out items
• Keeps work area, including guest dining area, clean and organized
