WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including promoting customer service programs to improve service quality
• Interacting with guests and coworkers professionally, positively, and enthusiastically
• Setting up, stocking, and serving in assigned areas; setting, cleaning, and resetting tables
• Removing used dishes, glassware, flatware, and linens; transporting to dish area
• Monitoring and replenishing stock items in a timely, accurate manner
• Refilling water glasses, coffee cups, condiments, and delivering orders to tables as needed
• Making coffee or tea as required
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized work area throughout the shift by wiping tables, counters, beverage stations, sinks, and sweeping/mopping floors
• Partnering with culinary and service teams to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment properly (coffee machines, dispensers, ice bins, service stations, refrigerators)
• Meeting or exceeding all sanitation standards (ServSafe certification)
• Adhering to safety, regulatory, departmental, and company policies
• Supporting safety and accident prevention initiatives (e.g., non-slip footwear, proper lifting techniques)
• Presenting oneself professionally, representing the company positively, and encouraging team standards

• Must be 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months food service experience preferred
• Knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written
• Ability to stay calm and make rational decisions in stressful, fast-paced situations
• Ability to stand and walk throughout entire shift
• Ability to lift trays of food above shoulder level for up to fifty yards
• Ability to respond to visual and auditory cues
• Tolerance for noisy, brightly lit environments
• Teamwork skills for collaborative operations
• Compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company policies
• Capacity to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Physical mobility with accommodations, including ability to push, pull, carry, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform various physical tasks
