TKO EMPLOYMENT SERVICES DELAWARE LLC is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver attentive hospitality during events. The role involves setting up banquet rooms, serving meals and drinks, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.

Candidates should be personable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and capable of handling holiday and weekend schedules. High school diploma or equivalent and food service experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room as instructed by supervisor.
• Attend roll call meetings before events to learn function details.
• Serve food and/or beverages as ordered and per supervisor expectations.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Promptly remove dishes as courses are completed and assist guests.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints.
• Adhere to laws for serving alcohol and follow safety standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
