Job summary

Hilton Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport is seeking a part-time banquet server to support event operations in Bloomington, MN. You will review BEOs, assist with table, buffet, and bar setups, and ensure quality presentation of food and beverages for functions.

• Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs.
• Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.

• Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items.
