Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels Limited in Colorado is seeking a Banquet Server On Call to support event service, stock and reset banquet spaces, and manage bar duties when required. The role involves guest-facing service and collaboration with culinary teams in a fast-paced setting.

The position requires guest-focused communication and the ability to stand for long periods, with on-call shifts and seasonal scheduling. A strong hospitality mindset and US work authorization are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet experience preferred, minimum one year of fast paced food and beverage experience.
• This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity.
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the United States. Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours.

Banquet Server On Call

About the role:

This position is an on call/ casual. The Banquet Server serves guest needs by providing food & beverage service to guests during events. In addition, this role willstock supplies, clear tables, and complete guest requests. They will assist with delivering food and beverages, clearing dishes, resetting tables and room set up and breakdown during banquet events. Provides exceptional knowledge of food & beverage items as well as information regarding preparation methods. This position may also be responsible for managing the bar at banquet events, thus bartending knowledge and service skills are required.

What you bring:

• Previous banquet experience preferred, minimum one year of fast paced food and beverage experience, ability to carry and balance a tray.
• This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity.
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States. Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours.

Schedule & Hours:

• This is an on call /casual position.
• A successful candidate will have the ability to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
