Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills is seeking an on-call Banquet Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service at banquet events. The role requires standing for up to 8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet service or fine dining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet buffet and decorations per event specs.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, professional manner.
• Clear tables and tidy banquet halls after events.
• Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.
• Address guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area during shifts.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members for seamless events.
• Assist with inventory and restocking of supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Banquet Server who will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests during banquet events. In this position, you will be expected to set up banquet tables, serve food and beverages, and clean up after events. You will also be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by responding to their requests in a timely and courteous manner.

The banquet server position requires continuous standing for up to 8 hours a day and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

• Set up banquet buffet and decorations according to event specifications
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Clear tables and clean banquet halls after events
• Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless event execution
• Assist with inventory and restocking of supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Hourly Rate: $16.90
