Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Beverly Hills is seeking a Banquet Server on an on-call basis to deliver exceptional food and beverage service at banquet events. You will set up tables, serve guests, and assist with cleanup and event coordination.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. This role offers competitive hourly compensation and the opportunity to contribute to a luxury guest

Qualifications

• The banquet server sets up banquet tables, serves food and beverages, and clears dishes after events.
• Must stand for up to 8 hours per day and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Clear tables and clean banquet halls after events.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless event execution.
• Assist with inventory and restocking of supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Banquet Server who will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests during banquet events. In this position, you will be expected to set up banquet tables, serve food and beverages, and clean up after events. You will also be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by responding to their requests in a timely and courteous manner.

Job Functions
