Come and join our team at this 605-room convention center hotel in downtown Oklahoma City, located next to the Paycom Center (OKC Thunder), the Oklahoma Convention Center, and across from the 70-acre Scissortail Park.

The hotel features various dining options, a spa, fitness center, rooftop pool and bar, and extensive meeting space including a large ballroom and outdoor areas.

Job Description

The Omni Oklahoma City Hotel seeks a guest-focused On Call Banquet Server to ensure timely food and beverage service and uphold Omni's professional standards during functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform all banquet side work as directed by the Banquet Captain and Managers.
• Maintain service standards and overall presentation of banquet functions.
• Attend to guest needs during events.
• Report maintenance or housekeeping issues.
• Follow liquor liability laws and all safety protocols.
• Participate in pre-meal meetings and follow Banquet Event Orders.
• Set tables, carry trays, and provide excellent customer service.
• Complete banquet sheets and attend departmental trainings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous serving and guest service experience, preferably in four-star/four-diamond hotels.
• Current TIPS, ServSafe, or equivalent alcohol training.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk during shifts.
• Perform physical tasks including walking, pushing, pulling, and bending.
