Banquet Server: As a Banquet Server in our establishment, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable events for our guests. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to exceptional service will contribute to the success of our banquets and special occasions.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities:

  • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, and tableware.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner, following established service standards.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests and inquiries, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the banquet area, including clearing tables, replenishing supplies, and cleaning spills.
  • Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of banquet rooms after events, including removal of linens, tableware, and decorations.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the health and well-being of guests and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with other banquet staff and kitchen personnel to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly, following company procedures.
  • Attend pre-event meetings and training sessions to review event details, menu items, and service protocols.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge.
  • Must be able to obtain an ABLE liquor license.
  • Presentation and uniform must adhere to established standards at all times, maintaining a polished and professional appearance.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
