A Banquet Server is responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to banquet guests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner, contributing to the hotel's goal of outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Banquet Server, your responsibilities include:

• Setting banquet tables according to function specifications
• Delivering and serving food and beverages, including meals, condiments, and accompaniments
• Maintaining menu knowledge
• Clearing tables and delivering items to the stewarding area after meals
• Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout service
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests
• Assisting team members and other departments to maintain positive relationships
• Performing side work such as cleaning, stocking, and silverware folding
