Pyramid Global Hospitality's La Quinta property is seeking a motivated Banquet Server to join our team. You will set up banquet rooms, serve and bus tables, and tear down spaces after events, delivering attentive service that aligns with our standards.

The role requires 2–4 years in food service, familiarity with wine and cocktails, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, four- or five-star venue.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably banquet.
• Food Handler Certificate – Riverside County required.
• RBS Certification – CA Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control required; knowledge of wine/spirits helpful.

Responsibilities

• Set up for functions, including draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, and arranging centerpieces.
• Serve food and beverages, carry trays to function spaces, and bus/clear tables.
• Break down banquet rooms, remove dirty linen, and tidy storerooms.
• Assist with event room setup according to meal period and guest needs.
• Maintain safety and follow service standards; provide warm, professional guest interactions.
