Job summary

Qualifications

• Food Handler Certificate required in Riverside County
• RBS Certification required by California ABC
• 2–4 years of food service experience preferred, especially banquet
• Experience in a 4- or 5-star venue with synchronized service

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms for functions, drape tables, place centerpieces and napkins
• Serve and bus tables, then clear and tear down banquet spaces after events
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction throughout service
